Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company (CL - FISH CORP) has announced the following information: CL - FISH CORP contributes VND32.4 billion (equivalent to 36%) to set up Cuu Long – Thai Son Joint Stock Company. Initial chartered capital of the company is VND90 billion. Authorize Mr Nguyen Xuan Hai – Deputy General Director to be a representative of contribution of CL - FISH CORP at Cuu Long – Thai Son Joint Stock Company. VSE
