Vitaly Joint Stock Company (VITALY) has informed of relocating its ceramic brick production plant at Tan Binh as follows: The project is to relocate production line of ceramic brick with capacity of 2 million m2/year in Vitaly Tan Binh factory to Vitaly Binh Duong factory at Binh Chuan Industrial Zone, Thuan An Dist., Binh Duong Province. Total cost: VND85.5 billion Implementation time: from December 2007 to May 2008 for relocation and from the beginning of June 2008 for putting into operation. Purpose of relocation: focus on manufacture at Vitaly Binh Duong in order to save cost, strengthen management and shorten time to implement project of Vitaly complex at 2/34 Phan Huy Ich, Ward 15, Tan Binh Dist. which is passed in the resolution of annual shareholders’ meeting 2006.
