Binh Trieu Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company (BTC) has informed of resolution of extraordinary shareholders’ meeting dated December 29th 2007 as follows: Authorize BOD to choose partner and sign contract to plan – design – construct – trade high class apartment area at 79/5B Nguyen Xi, Ward 26, Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC. Authorize BOD to choose partner and sign contract to set up a joint venture to manufacture mechanical equipment. Authorize BOD to contribute to set up member companies in order to implement investment, production under policy of the company and law. Authorize BOD to set project, choose new location and sign contract of design, construction and removal of the plant.
