Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation (ITACO) has announced the following information: 1. Till December 15th 2007, ITACO has exceeded its profit forecast for 2007. Till December 31st 2007, accumulated profit after tax would gain VND355 billion, exceeding VND55 billion compared to 2007 forecast figure of VND300 billion. 2. After 4 months, ERNST & YOUNG has finished auditing for ITACO in term of 2005 and 2006. 2007 auditing will be started in February 2008. This prepares for listing ITA stock on the foreign market in Q3/2008. In the current time, JP Morgan is consulting to ITACO the necessary steps for listing. 3. The government has planned to transfer electricity plant in Long An province which is invested by Tan Tao Group to electricity center of Long An province. Initial capacity is 600MW; it has been approved of upgrading to 1200MW or 1800MW. ITA– Power which belongs to Tan Tao Group is cooperating with electricity organizations such as: Black & Veatch, Sumitomo to push speed of the project.
