Viet-Han Corporation - Approval for listing in principle

Pursuant to Official Document No. 2701/SGDHCM-NY dated December 27th, 2007 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the Viet-Han Corporation was approved in principle to list shares on the exchange. The company will fulfill necessary documents soon to complete the procedure.
