KhanhHoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) has informed of taking over Khanh Hoa 110 kV power transmission lines and changing job titles as follows:
1. Taking over Khanh Hoa 110 kV power transmission lines
This is valid from January 1st 2008
Total cost: VND350,185,781,031. KHPC will pay to Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) under trading assets.
KHPC will issue shares to existing shareholders to support payment. Issuance method will be passed in the annual shareholders’ meeting 2008 in April 2008.
2. Change of job title of managing board
As from January 1st 2008, KHPC changes the following job title
Director → Director General
Vice Director → Deputy Director General
