Pursuant to Official Document No.2702/SGDHCM-NY dated December 27th, 2007 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Abbreviation: COTECCONS) was approved in principle to list its shares on the exchange.

The company will fulfill necessary documents soon to complete the procedure.
